Okay, whatever it is, it’s not the end of the world. Send an email to Joe. Please try be specific about the symptoms of the issue (rather than jumping to a suspected root cause). What are you expecting to happen? What is happening instead? If you have Joe’s phone number, texting a picture of the screen might also be helpful. Joe will try to get on this as soon as possible.
